The cuisine at Taman Ria Tropicana is actually known as "masakan melayu" or "Malay cuisine" and is strictly Malayan-style (not just Malaysian, which is a cosmopolitan term).
Owner/Chef Vince Lee's culinary skill and passion for cooking are attracting people to Taman Ria Tropicana who appreciate the wide range of Malayan and Indonesian cuisine including superb satay or delicious laksa noodles.
As both Malaysia and Indonesia are predominantly Muslim countries, all the food served at Taman Ria Tropicana is halal. Pork is never used in Malay or Indonesian cuisine.
The modern interior at Taman Ria Tropicana is pleasantly contemporary, with a touch of the Eastern Orient. Designed and planned with the help of Vince's wife Jayne and daughter, Juvina Lee. Taman Ria Tropicana has an open kitchen with a buffet range, and bar. The restaurant has seating for up to 45 people.
